Anon finds a summoning circle in the attic
Anon hears that drumming from the attic sometimes. Later he removes the carpeting there to discover that there is a magic circle above his room, also the drumming or beating is now much clearer.

Anon's dad sees a shadow in the attic
Two stories. First, Anon saw his grandfather in a window inside, but he wasn't actually there; he had died the same day. Second, Anon's dad was moving stuff into the attic and saw a moving shadow that made tapping noises.
